        Yes, most likely. If you look on the stem, you might see the little
holes, and you can probably open a stem and see the nasty worm inside.

        That's what I ended up doing on plants where they had gone too far. You
can cut off the stems with holes and hope you got them all, and try BT
to keep them off. I have tried using Flour per some suggestions but
either I used it wrong or it doesn't work.
