Sounds like your cukes have got a bacterial infection spread by the cucumber beetle. Sorry, there's no treatment and no cure. In the future you will
need to control the beetles. They are about 1/4" long, yellow, with either black spots or black longitudinal stripes. Someone else will have to tell
you how to control them, because i (temporarily :-) gave up on them before i learned how.
If it doesn't frost too early in your zone, there might be time to start a new crop, but you won't get any fruit until September.
