I realized it was a major faux-pax to request a recipe on the sqft group.
HOWEVER, it did sorta tie in to gardening, and I was under the gun for time.
Couldn't go online to look at work for the various recipe files, etc. And,
needed to get the ingredients to feed about 10 folk before I drove 50miles
from any store stuff.
However, thanks to everyone who did send in suggestions and recipes.
I wasn't sure about using my own (black) tomatoes in the thing especially
for strangers! But, store tomatoes are so awful, I put about 1/2 store
bought and 1/2 my black ones.
In 103* heat, weeding the demonstration gardens for the Compost Corps, it
was a good idea to have something chilled for lunch.
And, TAADAA, I did finish my community service hours because of the 'event',
and did earn Master Composter certificate..!
So, yeah, guess it does sorta tie in.
