Very nice, Janet. Thanks for pointing it out. I was wishing just yesterday I
had exactly this type of information -- and now I do. (Ask and ye shall
receive, I guess!)
I will point out that I didn't find any "Publications" link to click on at
this USDA site, but did find the publication using the Search function.
Also, an URL tip in general -- if people include the http:// some of us can
simply double-click on the URL and go directly to the site (instead of going
to the browser, entering the URL and waiting, waiting, waiting).
