URL Menu is great little freeware program that makes it super easy to open web
pages even if "http" isn't included in the address or otherwise hyperlinked.
All you have to do is hold down Control and hit "C" twice. It works even if
your browser isn't already open. URL Menu also enables you to access your
bookmarks/favorites from the systray. For more info and download:

(BTW, URL Menu99 will be shareware, but URL Menu98 is still free.)
