No tomatoes

I have just moved to the 8th floor and made my first attempt at balcony
gardening.  Flowers and herbs are thriving like mad, but my tomato plants
have no tomatoes.  The plants themselves are huge and get what look like
they may be blossoms, but next thing I know they are gone.  A couple have
flowered and then dried up, but not recently.  Is there any chance to get
yield or should I just be happy for the nice screen they provide between me
and my neighbor?
