Re: No tomatoes

Tomatoes need pollination and if you have very little to no bees, etc
buzzing around your tomato blossoms, you'll get no fruit.  With you being 8
stories up, this may be part of the problem.  If this is the case, hand
pollinate by gently shaking your tomato plants.
