Tomato Fertilization

My tomato plants are about 4 feet high, have several fruit (avg 10 per plant) in
the range of pea size to plum size, and have many flowers.  My question is "when
should I fertilize and with what?"

I fertilized early in the season with 5-10-5.  I heard that tomatoes love acid
enriched fertilizers?  Should I fertilize now or wait until more fruit sets?
