Mel wrote another book called
Cash From Square Foot Gardening

In it he told about how to set up sqft beds to produce enough to start a
small  part-time business. Planning, planting for a continuous harvest,
getting customers plus lots of other information.
I do not know if its available anywhere and when I talk to Mel again I shall
ask him about its availability, he may have some since he has his other book
for sale.
