Well, Doreen, from my seat here on the list I can say that if
anyone is up to the challenge of the change it is you.  Zone 5
gardening is what I have always known so it is difficult to
imagine what gardening is like so far South.  Your main key will
be hoping that your new place has plenty of full-sun exposure.
With a few tricks you will pick up from some of our Northern
gardeners you will find some creative ways to extend your season
and grow some of the same things you were growing before... it's
just going to take more work!  :)
