Correcting Ph in sqft garden

I did some soil samples on my sqft garden this weekend and found besides
having low nitrogen, and phosphate, the Ph is a bit high (7.0 in the garden
doing best, 8.0 in my problem garden). I would like to prepare a mixture
to add to the soil as I replant the squares that will correct the Ph,
nitrogen and phosphate levels. I have used the content numbers from "The
Book" to make organic fertilizer but could not find anything on Ph.

Could anyone tell me how to determine how much sulfer to add to get the Ph
down around 6.0

Thanks,

Norm
