Square Foot Gardening List - http://www.flinet.com/~gallus/sqft.html
Vitamins, and any other food grade materials, will compost if they are given
the time.
The microherd, in all its diverse consortial splendor, can compost many
extra-ordinary things and I wouldn't think twice about running the vitamins
through the blender and pouring the resulting liquid into a just-made
compost pile....
That would be my call...
Frank---figgers if you eat it and it ain't some kinda poison, there's a few
dozen or a hundred different bacteria who'll metabolize it, just like
that...:-)
