Square Foot Gardening List - http://www.flinet.com/~gallus/sqft.html
Hey sq.ftrs.,
I've been following the list for about 3 months now and I haven't heard
much on the topic of rhubarb. I have a couple of new transplants that
are at least 2 years old and doing great in full sun. They are getting
really big in my HO. The leaves are about 10 inches across with 6-8 inch
stems and 6-8 per plant. All I can remember about the last time eating
any was that one of my G-mas made it and it was REALLY tasty! I love it
in a pie or as a sauce. We didn't grow our own, so I don't know when to
harvest it our much about cooking it. Would it be off topic to ask for
answers on the latter q., as well as the former? Thanks in advance, I
will be on vac. after 6/13.
