HELP!

You know, I have been trying to garden this year, and am not trying to be a
baby. There are chiggers or something falling from the trees???? and I keep
getting multiple sores all over my head, and other places, but  this time,
they swelled up huge into the Lymph glands around my ears, and neck, and
are causing enormous pressure inside the ear. (I know this isn't a medical
list.)  What I need to ask though, is if there is ANY way to get rid of
them in the yard, or to keep them off of me, (someone mentioned sulphur
powder?)  This is beginning to be a REAL health hazzard!
