Re: Help with composting

Pallets are a piece of cake to attach together. stand two at right angles on
level ground, and use a sturdy bit of cord to tie them together, then add
another in the same way. Start making your pile; after a bit you will see it
is time to add the fourth pallet and fill from the top. Pallets weigh
enough to stand up well on their own and need no fancy reinforcement.

Re the beans, find an area that needs improvement, inoculate the beans and
sow them.

If they grow, eat them! If not, the beans will decompose in the soil,
enriching it...

Or test some and see if they germinate, if not, compost the whole batch with
a goodly supply of browns, moistly.....

Beans are best sown in the summertime, as the coolth of autumn is contrary
to their nature (unless they are fava beans, which are actually a
vetch...but I digress...:-)

Frank---a hill of beans seems important enough to him....:-)
