Other people have described Cilantro (the plant whose seeds are used for
Coriander) and Arugula, so I will go on to Epazote.
Epazote (Chenopodium ambrosioides) is an herb known to the Mexican Indians
as "Hierba Santa Maria, and is used in bean dishes to impart a fuller,
richer flavor AND to prevent gas.
This is from the Territorial Seed Co catalog and is the full extent of my
knowledge, so far.
