Square Foot Gardening List - http://www.flinet.com/~gallus/sqft.html
Hi,
I'm growing Better Boys and Sweet 100 cherries this year. I'm trellising them.
All the plants are between 5-6 feet tall now (planted as seedlings in mid-
April). The Better Boys have each set about 4 clusters of fruits, and the Sweet
100's have about 5 clusters each. I did not pinch off any flowers, since the
plants just kept on growing and the fruits take a long time to grow and ripen.
The first clusters appeared when the plants were about 1-2 feet tall, and those
fruits are just starting to ripen now, at the bottoms of the vines. So, if I
were you, I would just wait and see.
I highly recommend the Sweet 100's. The fruit clusters have up to 20 fruits and
they are very prolific!
