Green Light Neem Oil

Hello,

To anyone who has used Green Light Fruit, Nut & Vegetable Spray (neem oil) or 
an equivalent.....

I don't understand this stuff. I mix it according to package directions with 
warm tap water, shake the sprayer quite a bit to mix, and I stop every few 
seconds while spraying and agitate the sprayer to keep it mixed. I have used 
it on tomatoes and peppers, and the mixture never coats the leaves, rather it 
leaves droplets much like spraying plain water would. Since this is oil, I 
would assume you could get a thorough coverage....I can't see how much 
benefit this can be when it doesn't fully coat the leaf surfaces. Any 
comments welcome!
