Hi Juliana,
   I got this from the organic list serve and used it last year with great 
success when powdery mildew started to take over my vegies. I also used it on 
some bee balm this year and it seems to have worked.
   For every quart of water, add 1 teaspoon baking soda , 1 teaspoon cooking 
oil and a few drops of dish soap. Knock the powdery mildew off the plants 
with a strong spray of water from your garden hose and then spray the entire 
area and plants with this mixture. I used a bit more baking soda in the mix 
this year. You may have to apply this 2 or 3 times over the growing season, 
but it's safe and it won't hurt the plants, insects, birds etc.
