I have a pond - its a bit bigger then you suggest at about 1/4 acre - it is
unfortunately too far from the main veggie garden - someday I will put in a
pump there for the herb garden which is right next to the pond. Veggie garden
is up hill from the pond about 1/4 mile so it is a bit too far for the
average pump system - and unless I bury the lines it wouldn't look great out
and would interfere with the driveway! Bummer!
