Have been reading about using plastic garbage pails as a rain barrel and this
thought came to mind - now I might way out in left field here and if so, well just
ignore me - it seems to me that I saw a spigot that could be installed in a barrel
at a wine store - would this solve the problem of getting the water out of the
garbage can  with ease?  Just a thought.....
