Forgive my ignorance, but aren't parsnips those long white roots with an
appearance similar to carrots? I would suggest finding spacing for a
similar vegetable and planting according to that.
*wince* I know exactly what you mean; hubby absolutely insisted that there
be turnips in the garden.
