I haven't tried this but have read about several times, so give it a go.
I've tried brining in green Sweet 100 fruit but found that they don't ripen
as sweet as when outside on the vine.  It's worth a try though I suppose.

BTW, you can save seed from your Sweet 100 fruit, it is an open pollinated
variety and will grow true, even though some seed houses may tell you different.
