What I am considering is getting a few rubbermaid type containers
(the storage sort), filling them with soil and placing them on my patio
table. They would sort of resemble blocks in my real garden, so spacing
carrots, spinach, and radishes would be pretty easy. Any thoughts or
suggestions? I am also looking to container garden, and if anyone has
recommendations for INEXPENSIVE containers for tomatoes, cukes, etc, I'd
appreciate them! Thanks!

Hint one..don't forget to drill drainage holes
hint two..for cheap(sometimes even free containers..go to your local
drycleaners..we got a bunch of huge containers(@1 1/2ft x 2fthigh)..they only
charged us $.50 each!!
be soure to wash them CAREFULLY...also check at schools/hospitals/restaurants
for large containers..
