Square Foot Gardening List - http://www.flinet.com/~gallus/sqft.html
I just heard about a book called _Backyards and Butterflies_ by Dorrie
Greenstein. It's a book of inclusive, inexpensive ways to make the outdoors
accessible to kids with disabilities. I'm sure some of the tips would apply
to the elderly as well. I haven't seen it yet but it comes highly
recommended.
Also, check out this review of a book by Janeen R. Adil., _Accessible
Gardening for People with Physical Disabilities: A Guide to Methods, Tools,
and Plants._ Woodbine House. 1994.at
