You can have a box built to go on a table or platform at the correct height
for you. Then plant in the box as you would a square foot bed. Also works
for a person confined to a wheelchair. Just take into consideration the
height and the width so that the person using it can reach all parts of the
garden. I believe there are some examples of this in "the book."
