The best, longest lasting way I know of is through the use of beneficial
nematodes. Cheapest source I've found for those is Peaceful Valley Supply. Don't
have phone number or URL handy but believe they may have a web presence. Some of
the smaller, more ritzy catalogs have them too but Peaceful Valley is about half
the cost for twice the nematodes. Looks like a combination of beneficial
nematodes and milky spore disease would get them all.
