I would like to plant grape vines.  My ground has huge boulders and is very
hard to dig to plant anything. I have morterless block each measuring 16 X
8 X 6. Can I make a "square" for each vine above ground? How big does my
"square" need to be for each vine? Can the square be only one block high (8
inches)? What soil is best to fill it with? Thank you for any help you can
give.
