I did Blue Lake bush this year. I soaked some, others did not soak. They
all seemed to come up equally well and not well. The ones that came up
later caught up in size to the ones that started so it all amounted to
same. I did find the seeds were very picky about temperature however. The
ones I tried early spring just didn't come up and the ones I planted too
late also didn't come up. Seemed like a narrow temperature range for
germination.
