I'm puzzled by that too. Last week I planted some morning glory seeds that
specifically said "soak for 24 hours before planting," and I forgot! When I
realized my mistake I almost started over with new seeds because I was sure
they wouldn't sprout. Well, just this morning I noticed that many of those
seeds have already sprouted, so maybe soaking isn't such a big deal, I don't
know.
