Do you have a copy of the Territorial Seed Catalog?  Don't know what I
would do without it, it has a great planting chart in the back for the
Pacific NW. You can go to their web site and request one.  Also I
suspect that your local master gardeners have a web site that will give
you planting info too.

From the Territorial Seed Catalog:

Beets can be planted until 7/15
Peas until 6/1
Lettuce until 8/1	
Carrots until 7/15
