I've had good luck with brushing round up solution directly onto specific
leaves, although I don't know that it would kill the entire morning glory
weed system because that's very hard to kill around here. If I were you, I'd
try to kill it chemically (takes 4-5 days to see results), then keep a close
eye on it. Good luck!
