ARGH! I will have to run out there once this rain has stopped. (Honestly, the
picture on the package showed the entire head being planted).
I have right now, 4 garlic heads in a 1x1 square -- how is the spacing for the
individual cloves?

This is my second year of gardening, if you want to count the year we had a
garden and I supervised my dogs, while my husband did all the work. We've only
done onions before -- so we're new with shallots and garlic.
The shallots are sprouting -- they too were buried. The planting directions
for the shallot sets said to plant 2 inches deep.
And let me just say, thank you for taking the time to get me on the right track.

Twiggy isn't my dog, I'm her human.
