Hello all. I live in hot dry West Texas and our things our really starting to grow. I have a quick question. We planted three types of squash--white, mexican, and yellow crookneck. They have all broken ground and are about an inch or two big. All are a gorgeous green except one white squash plant which came above ground a creamy white color and is still a creamy white color. Is it possible to have an albino seed and if so are there disadvantages to it. It has a brother in the same hole which is green like the rest. Should we pull the white one before we get terribly attached. We thin the holes down to one plant each anyway, but thought our little white squash that came up white was kind of interesting. stephanie green symphony7@juno.com *************************************************************************** To unsubscribe, send to: listserv@umslvma.umsl.edu the body message: unsubscribe sqft See http://www.umsl.edu/~silvest/garden/sqft.html for archive, FAQ and more.
