Have you checked out territorial seeds at
http://www.territorial-seed.com ? They
specialise in varieties for the PNW. When I was in a community garden in
Vancouver
there was someone who only grew hot peppers and he had little hotties
like serrano
and others I can't remember the names of. They grew really well. he was
a good gardener,
