are bearing FRUIT????? Omigod...h*lp? Should I be worried about my newly sprouted sweet peas bearing pea pods? They were planted just this year, from seed, along a tiny portion of my back fence. They've sprouted, begun flowering, but even though they were planted as a source of cut flowers, I missed a few days of cutting, and NOW what???? Can I save these as seeds? Are they edible? Have I destroyed my sweet peas as flowering plants? Should I let the pods mature? Someone please save me!!! I'm beginnging to get frantic! Thanks for all your time and patience with me... ::tremulous smile:: I've never even seen sweet peas before... (they're gorgeous!)
