I have so far sprouted peas and corn and cucumbers. I have some of that weed preventer from Gardens Alive on my plot and it prevents seed germination, so I'm starting everything from transplants this year. I've been putting the seed inside a folded towel inside a plastic ziplock bag--it really works well.
