Yes, I have tried the paper towel method for peppers but, of course, didn't
put those in the refrigerator. Put them in a plastic bag on the kitchen
counter. Good, fast germination. But if you don't get these things quick,
the roots "weave" themselves into the paper towel. It's a devil of a time
getting them out without tearing the roots. Then there is the problem of
"planting" these things. I sort of lay them in a soil block and hope for the
best. All but two of them developed into plants. How do you "plant" these
things?
