Vents, you need more ventilation.  Ceiling vents work with an open door or
window, allowing the warm air to rise as cooler air comes in through the doors,
creating a draft.

I start opening my greenhouse doors daily in spring as soon as possible, the
ceiling vents as it gets warmer, finally taking the endwalls off to allow the
maximum amount of airflow when the hot weather arrives.  Fans are helpful but
more useful for circulation when the greenhouse is sealed up.
