Look at your local gardening store first, that is the most likely source.
I mentioned a good brand of organic fish fertilizer called "Healthy Harvest" in
my previous post - that is the name a Canadian distributor marketed it under.
In the USA the same product is sold as "Neptune's Harvest" and was reviewed
by Organic Gardening magazine under that name.

No it isn't.  Personally, I garden organically so won't use it.
