Hi!
I don't know much about gardening yet, but I know lots about freezing
food:) Broccoli will freeze well if you steam it slightly before
packing it. It will hold up even better if you steam it and then
flash freeze it on a cookie sheet. Leave it for a couple hours and
then throw it into freezer bags and get as much air as possible out.
Should work great for you! And i hope that I end up with more than i
can handle in a few weeks too!
