At ParentsPlace.com, I saw a gardening page earlier today that said carrots
could take up to 18 days to sprout, and parsley was something like 21 days.
 So, I would say don't despair, they are probably coming, who knows why the
one square sprouted so much faster....  (it was a page of "days to
germination" summary for different veggies, and it seems that they gave
credit to the University of Texas Extension Service for the information...)
