Neem seed oil

One warning about neem oil, you need to mix it with hot water to
emulsify.  Cold water will just form a goo that will gum up your
sprayer.  Maybe this is only true with my high PH water, I don't know,
but this has been my experience with this product.  I do like that it
organically controls disease and insects at the same time!  

Has anyone else used this product and experienced or not experienced
this problem?  I used the product called Rose Defense.
