Hello Everyone,

This has probably been discussed in the past, but I'm curious about 
those of you that grow asparagus in your square foot gardens.  I'm 
considering it, but have never planted it before.
 Specifically:
1) What spacing do you use?
2) Do you have a raised bed or plot devoted exclusively to asparagus? 
Or do you mix it in with other perennials?
3) How big is your asparagus plot?
3) What varieties do you use?  (I like the products I have ordered 
from Johnny's and am considering ordering from them)

I live in Dubuque, IA (Zone 4/5) and right now have only two 3' x 5' 
raised beds (30 squares gives us a lot of great veggies!)
