Pat & Don question the shade
tolerance of hydrangeas. My Grandmother always planted them on the north
end of her house. So does the friend I'm getting cuttings from, and all of
the really prolific ones I've seen are on the north side of structures. I
plan to do the same and that usually means partial sun due to the location and
overhaning eaves. Will let you know when I ship them out.
