Wall O waters are vinyl/plastic cones that you fill with water. They are then placed over emerging/growing seedlings outdoors to help shelter and protect from the elements:ie wind, freezing temperatures, etc. Thus allowing earlier planting times. Haven't used them as of yet but a number of people swear by them. JessicaM
