If Bacillus thuringiensis kurstaki (Btk, or just Bt for caterpillars) is
acceptable to you, you can use it--the little larvae will eat a few bites,
and then keel over---and it is a biological that is harmless to beneficial
organisms, including you!
Frank--likes to think of himself as a beneficial, and has used Btk in the
brassicas, since he doesn't care for them thar little green wormies---but
yellowjackets will haul them away to feed the grubs, if you can tolerate
your nearby nest of yellowjackets....:-)
