I use cloches and cover the ends, I doubt they will keep heat in without
that. I have a rather basic setup, I just leave extra plastic at the ends
and bunch or pleat it up and weight it against the raised bed with a paving
stone. Of course, I have to open the ends on warm and sunny days. If the
weather cooperates, I hope to be removing them completely soon.
