See my post on T-Tape.
I don't think that soaker hose will work. They are designed for reasonable
water pressure and unless you have a lot of head from the barrels to the
beds you won't have enough.
The T-Tape works at 10 psi, max, the people at DripWorks can tell you what
is the min pressure reqm't.
Finding a way to utilize natural siphon out of the rain barrels should be a
fascinating exercise, pleas keep me informed, should you choose to proceed.
