Susan,

	Try putting a lawn sprinkler (the kind that pulse) in your garden and
only turn it on when pouch heads the wrong direction. The trick is to NOT
let him see you turn there water on, this way he will know that messing
with moms garden even when shes not home won't be fun. Just an idea,
hopefully Bowser hates the noise and stream of water.
